
On Monday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif introduced a new digital system designed to streamline the licensing and registration of medical devices in Pakistan. This initiative, reported by Radio Pakistan, significantly cuts down the approval time to just 20 days.
During the launch ceremony in Islamabad, the Prime Minister emphasized that this new process would be both quick and transparent.
Health Minister Syed Mustafa Kamal elaborated on the system, stating that it’s fully automated, allowing for online applications with no human intervention.
